Refund policy

Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, Sustainashop is unable to offer refunds for certain opened products.

The customer incurs all responsibility for any shipping charges on returned goods, unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of a fault in the product. Please contact us to make a claim for refund via hello@sustainashop.com.au.

All claims are individually reviewed. All approved returns will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds.

All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
